At Shah Satnam Ji Girls School, Sri Gurusar Modia, we strive to make the admission process simple, transparent, and convenient for parents. Our admissions team is available to guide families through every step and provide all necessary information regarding academic programs, facilities, and enrollment requirements.

Enquiry and School Visit

Parents or guardians are encouraged to visit the school campus or contact the admission office to learn more about our academic programs, infrastructure, co-curricular activities, and admission guidelines. Our counselors are available to address queries and assist families in making informed decisions.

Registration

Admission forms may be collected from the school office or downloaded from the school's website. The completed form should be submitted along with the prescribed registration fee and supporting documents.

Student Assessment and Interaction

To ensure appropriate class placement, students may be required to participate in an assessment or interaction session. Pre-Nursery to Class I: Informal interaction with the child and parents. Class II onwards: Age-appropriate assessment and interaction based on the student's previous academic level.

Document Verification

All required documents must be submitted for verification. The admission office will review the documents to ensure eligibility and compliance with school guidelines.

Admission Confirmation

Parents will be informed regarding admission status after the completion of the evaluation and verification process. Admission will be confirmed upon payment of the prescribed admission fee within the specified period.

Orientation and School Joining

New students and parents are invited to attend the orientation program, where they receive information regarding school policies, academic schedules, uniforms, books, transportation, and other important guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Admission Requirements by Grade Level

Admissions are granted based on age criteria, previous academic performance, seat availability, and successful completion of the admission process.

Class Minimum Age (as on 31st March)
Pre-Nursery 2.5 Years
Nursery 3 Years
LKG 4 Years
UKG 5 Years
Students seeking admission to the pre-primary section may participate in a friendly interaction session along with their parents.

Admission is based on:

  • Age eligibility as per school and CBSE norms
  • Previous class report card
  • Transfer Certificate (where applicable)
  • Basic assessment for higher classes

Admission may be granted based on:

  • Previous academic performance
  • Entrance assessment and interaction
  • Submission of required academic records and transfer documents

Students seeking admission to higher classes are evaluated based on their academic records and eligibility requirements.

For Class XI admissions, stream allocation is based on:

  • Performance in Class X Board Examination
  • Subject-specific requirements
  • Seat availability
  • School admission guidelines

All admissions are subject to document verification and availability of seats.

Required Documents

Documents to be Submitted at the Time of Admission

To complete the admission process smoothly, parents are requested to submit the following documents along with the admission form:

  • Duly completed Admission Form
  • Birth Certificate issued by a competent authority
  • Aadhaar Card of the student
  • Aadhaar Card of parents or guardian
  • Four recent passport-size photographs of the student
  • Passport-size photograph of parents or guardian
  • Previous class report card or marksheet
  • Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school
  • Migration Certificate (if applicable)
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Address Proof
  • Medical Fitness Certificate (if required)
  • Bonafide Certificate (where applicable)

Important Note

All original documents must be produced at the time of verification. Self-attested photocopies should be submitted along with the admission application. Submission of incomplete documents may delay the admission process.
